The question of the identity of the man who was discharged from a mental hospital at Turin a few weeks ago, who was first identified as Professor Caneila. and then claimed as her husband by a Madame Brunieri, now married to a compositor at Turin, has been settled. The man was kept in prison by the police. After a searching investigation, in which all Italy was interested, Signorina Caneila ha 3 proved incontestably that he is her husband, by marks on his body which hitherto had not been divulged.
