£IO,COO FOR EXPANSION, GIFT OF AEROPLANE MAKER. LONDON, Jan. 19. The British Empire Air League Committee has accepted an offer made by Mr. F. Handley Page of £IO,OOO for two years of propaganda organisation. Mr. Page has made it 3 condition of the offer that his nominee shall be appointed secretary, at a salary of £2OOO a year.
