WHEAT CROP PROSPECTS. YIELD IX OAM ARU DISTRICT. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. J EDIN, Monday. Reports from the Oamara district state that the yield of wheat will be diminished to a considerable extent as a result of the ravages of 4 'take all." Some of the crops have also been Battened out, but with modern farming appliances and fine, warm weather such as that recently experienced the loss on this account will not be considerable. In parts of the district the wheat crop will go -well over 40 bushels to the acre. In some cases --it. is estimated that thevield will be as high as 60 bushels. In spite of the toil by disease there is every reason to think that the average yield per acre will be well over SO bushel*, and the increased area under wheat will result in a heavier aggregate production than last year. Although the oat crops are bsc'ly affected with rust in some parts of the district the-yield is expected to. fee r.uj'U up .to - the- average;- Barley has. -Tst de-re,: so well and has -suffered & good deal from "take a!L" -■/v
