BENEFIT CONCERT.

An enjoyable concert was given by a company of local artists at the Empire Theatre, Dominion Road, last evening. An amusing item which was heartily applauded was contributed by 'Sir. Walter Vernon, ventriloquist. Several acceptable vocal offerings were .given by Miss Doris Bransgrove, contralto, and Messrs. Waiter Brongfi and Ernest f?nell, baritones.
