THE WAIUKU FATALITY. EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST, [Bl* TELEGHAFH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WAIUKU. Monday. At the inqft«st held here to-day concerning the death of Mr. Francis Kenny, who was killed on Waipipi Road on Saturday evening by being thrown from a motor-lorry, the coroner, Mr. A. N. Barriball, returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame being attachable to anyone. Evidence showed that the lorry was rounding a corner when the wheel struck a rut, with the result that Kenny, who was standing on the step, was thrown on to the metalled roadway. He died within a few minutes of the accident.
