TOURNAMENT CONTESTS. THE ST. HELIERS CLUB. The St. Heliera Bowling: Club held a fullrink tournament on Saturday, 10 teams taking part in the two sections. Results are:— A Section.—Lock. 0. MicMaeter, Johnston, B. McMaster (Stanley). Blomeley. S. Reid. Hetherington. Bridges (Epsom) and Arden, J. Diamond, Bain, Milner (Rooky Ncok), 5 wins and 2 losses each. In the play-off McMasters beat Milner. 7—2. end Bridges, 6—l. B Section.—Potter, Murray. Brsmner. J. Ho3king (West End), and McLaren, Campboll, Philip. Porter (St. Heliers). 6 wins and 1 loss each. A very successful all-day tourney was held on the Grey Lynn green on Saturday, the following being the principal winners:— A Section.—Howard. Cox. Gibbons. G. Clements. 5 wins: McElroy. Leydon. F. Full rink games were played for the Crowley Buckles, but instead of the teams remaining together all day the skips and thirds were braicketed and the leads and sceonds. There were four games, and the Tesult was a tie for both skips and leads. Guinness and Cronin tied with McCarthy and Moncur. and Carew and Jeffries tied with Ereata and Whiting.
