CAR'S TWO SOMERSAULTS.

ACCIDENT ON RAZORBACK. THREE OCCUPANTS INJURED. [BY TELEGEiUH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PUKEKOHE. Saturday. A motor accident occurred on the Great South Road at the Razorback Hill at about 5 p.m. yesterday. A car from Hamilton was coming down the northern side of the hill, en roufe to Manurewa, when the brakes refused to act and the driver lost control. The vehicle somersaulted twice and finally 'came to rest on its four wheels. The occupants, Mrs. Beaumont, of McFarlane Street, Hamilton East, and her three sons, were thrown out. Besides sustaining shock, Mrs. Beaumont had her shoulder badly bruised. Mortimer Beaumont, aged 21 years, had his left arm broken, and Clement Beaumont, aged 18 years, had his right leg badly cut. The youngest of the party, Isadore Beaumont, aged 12 years, escaped with only a shaking. The three injured persons were brought to Burwood Private. Hospital, Pukekohe. The men were able to proceed later to their destination, but Mrs. Beaumont was detained.
