FOG IN NEW YORK.
CITY IN Si: Ml-DARKNESS. ATLANTIC LINERS DELAYED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 14. A heavy fog, which has. crippled shipping and kept New York in serai-darkness for two. days, was cleared by strong winds to-day. Trans-Atlantic liners, which had to anchor off the quarantine station, entered the harbour to-day, while other liners which were delayed at the docks departed for Europe.
