WIDOW'S CLAIM UPHELD. EXECUTOR'S ACTION COMMENDED • The hearing of the fiction brought before Sir. Justice Aclums by Ellen Eltiif, widow, of Avondale (Mr, McVeagh), ■ against the Now Zealand Insurance Company (Mr. Prendergast) lor an order daclaring that certain shares held by her late husband were hold in trust for her, ■ was complete:! yesterday. His Honor held that it had been shown ] in evidence that the sharou belonged to the plaintiff and ho left it i,o counsel for the parties to draw up a formal decree lor submission to him.
