HIS SPEECHES IN RUSSIA. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Heed. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. Iri the House of Commons Captain D. H. Hacking (Conservative member for Chorley), replying to a question by MajorGeneral Davidson (Conservative member for Fareham), said he had noted the speeches made in Russia by Mr. A. J. Cook, secretary of the Miners' Federation. He trusted that Mr. Cook's fellow tradeunionists had also noted them. The whole situation, he added, was being most carefully watched.
