MOONLIGHT EXCURSION.
A further stage in the progress of the Eastern Cadet Queen Carnival will be readied this evening when a moonlight excursion will be held on the harbour. Given -favourable weather a most enjoyable time should be spent. The Port Auckland Band will leave the Civic Square site at 7.15 and will provide music during the trip. It will be assisted by the Wanderers' Jazz Orchestra, which will render the latest syncopated melodies. Further music will be provided by a wireless concert. The Condor will leave the ferry tee at 8 o'clock.
