WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE.
SEPARATED BY AGREEMENT. [FEY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Tuesday. A decree nisi was granted to Rose Amy Gurney against her husband, Alfred George Gurney, motor mechanic, Hamilton, in the Hamilton Supreme Court. Petitioner,said the marriage took place Jn England in 1912. There were two pons. In 1918 petitioner and respondent came to New Zealand and for a year they were happy, but later the harmony pf their domestic life was disturbed by constant bickerings. They agreed to separate in November, 1922, and had not lived together since.
