WAGES OF ENGINEERS.
SETTLEMENT AT DUNEDiN. [by telegraph.—peess association.] Dins'ED IN". Tuesday. In the conciliation council to-day a settlement was reached in the Dunedin Amalgamated Engineering and Allied Trades Union dispute, the parties agreeing to a 44-hours week and wages at the rate of 2s 3d per hour for journeymen, sheet-metal workers and tinsmiths.
