LAWN TENNIS IN FRANCE.
GERMANY AND DAVIS CUP. A. and N.Z. PARIS. Dec. 9. he Lawn Tennis Federation voted in favour of the re-admission of Germany into the Davis Cup contests. There seems no doubt that Germany will enter a team in the next round. There was considerable difference of opinion concerning the classification of French players, the question being whether Lacoste, Borotra or Cochet should rank first. The dispute was settled by bracketing them.
