Sir Alan and Lady Cobham, who had been delayed over night at Philadelphia by adverse weather, arrived in Washington to-day in their Moth aeroplane. The flight from Philadelphia took two hours. The visitors were presented to the President, Mr. Calvin Coolidge, by the British Charge D'Affaires, within an hour of their arrival. Lady Cobham complained that the flight was bitterly cold. •
