ITALY AND ALBANIA.
A TREATY CONCLUDED. GUARANTEE AGAINST AGRESSOR. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, Dec 3. The diplomatic correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says importance is attached to a new treaty which has been concluded between Italy and Albania. Undei this treaty Italy becomes the lawful guarantor of the political indo pendence and terrritorial integrity of Albania against any aggressor. Although' in accordance with the Locarno precedent, the now Pact has been concluded on a basis of reciprocity. The treaty is recognised in diplomatic circles as a notable success for Italian diplomacy, though it may not please all Albania's neighbours.
