ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE.
[BY rELBGRA?H. —OWN COH-UEfIPONDENT. ] PUKEKOHE, Monday. The general committee of the Franklin Agricultural and Pastoral Society met on Saturday evening, the president,. Mr. W. J. A. Moore, presiding. Tha following were appointed to the executive Messrs. E. Allan, J. N. Massey, A. Best, C. F. Shipherd, N. Stuart, J. Blake, C. McCormick, J. Reynolds, A. P. Daysli, G. T. Par-pin, W, J. D. Sharp, J. W. Robinson, H. J. Flay, F. J. Morrow, H. Horrocks, J. Touhey, R. Schlaepfer, W. T. Dazeley, M. Cronin, and J. Fulton.
Messrs. Moore, Parvin, Bockott and Massey were appointed to negotiate the lease of about three acres of the club's property to the Loan and Mercantile Agency Company for a saleyarda site. Other sub-committees were authorised to revise the schedule for the summer show.
