FREEZING WORKS MERGER.
Sir,—ln the telegraphed report of the meeting of the Dominion Executive of the Farmers' Union, held in Wellington, I am reported to have said, during the discussion on the above subject, " that I did not profess to know much about the freezing industry," whereas what I did say was. " that I did not profess to knovr* much about the details of the proposed merger." C. C. Muneo.
