RESIGNATION UNLIKELY. POSITION IN ASSEMBLY. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE, Oct. 27. A motion for tho adjournment of the Legislative Assembly, which the Premier, Mr. John Allan, said would give the members an opportunity of deciding whether they had confidence or not in tho Victorian Ministry, was agreed to without a division.
