COMMANDER KENWORTHY. TO RECONTEST HULL SEAT. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Oct. 20. Commander J. M. Ken worthy, M.P. for Kingston-upon-Hull Central, will apply for the Chiltern Hundreds. He intends to recontest the seat as a Labour candidate.
