A well-known Omahu farmer, Mr. Richard Barnett, was admitted to the Thames Hospital, suffering from severe injuries received in a collision net,r Omahu. Mr. Barnett was cycling to his heme, and when nearing the Omahu pest office collided with a motor-car driven by Mr. E. Winder. The cyclist was violently thrown and received sevf re injuries, the full extent of which has not been determined.
