BROWN'S BAY BURGLARY.
JURY ENTERS CONVICTION. After a retirement of nearly two hours a verdict of guilty on all counts was returned by the jury in the Supreme Court yesterday in the case of Thomas Kelly, labourer, Brown's Bay (Mr. Bone), charged with breaking and entering and tlieffc from the Brown's. Bay post office and store on the night of August 1. The defence was an alibi. Mr. Justice Herdman remanded the prisoner until next Wednesday for sentence.
