EX-KAISER'S INVITATIONS. NO HELP FOR SUPPORTERS. A. and N.Z. BERLIN, Oct. 25. The ex-Kaiser declines to help his supporters who ask for aid, on the plea that his means have been reduced. Nevertheless he has been able to send out invitations to a " royal " hunt to bo held at the beginning of November at Eominten Forest, East Prussia, the scene of his memorable entertainments before the war. The ex-Crown Prince will represent his father as host. Prince Henry of the Netherlands and various former diplomatists and generals will be included among the guests.
