FLOW OF MIGRANTS.

It, is indicated that the number of assisted migrants to New Zealand for the year 1926 will be the largest for the past 50 years. The number vrho have sailed to date is 9340, and there are eight further batches to go. These will bring the total number to 12,300, of which nine-tenths have bcon nominated. Difficulty has been encountered in securing sufficient experienced farm labourers to satisfy the requisitions. Negotiations on this matter are proceeding.
