OBITUARY.
HON. IVO G. W. GRENFELL. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct 9. The death has occurred of Lord Desborough's heir, Hon. Ivo Goorgo Winfred Gronfell, as the result of a motoring accident. The Hqi . Ivo Gronfell was 27 years of age. He was the only son of Lord Desborough. MR. A. B. WALKLEY. A. and N.Z, LONDON, Oct. ft. The death is announced of Mr. A. B. Walk ley, dramatic critic of the Times. The late Mr. Arthur Bingham Walldey, who was a well-known dramatic critic, was 70 years of ago. He obtained his B.A. degree at Oxford. As a young man' ho entered the Civil Service, taking a position in the office of the Secretary of the General Post Office in 1877. In 1911 he became Assistant-Secretary- to the post office and ho retained'this post until 1919. He was secretary to the Imperial Penny Postage Conference held in 1898 and was a delogate to the Postal Conference held in Rome ufi 1906. He was the author of numerous }»arks on dramatic subjects.
