CHICAGO'S "SHY BRIDE."
REPORTED BETROTHAL. KING BORIS OF BULGARIA. (Received 6.5 p.m.) San. LONDON. Oct. 9. Miss Mary Baker, known as the "Shy Bride of Chicago," whose projected marriage to an American millionaire was postponed six times in 1022, is reported to be affianced to King Boris of Bulgaria. A friend expresses doubt, as to the correctness of the report. Ho says that Miss Baker is in no hurry to marry and that she is believed to be engaged to a foreign consul in .Now .York.
