The resignation of General Von Seeckt, Commander-in-Chief of tho German Array, has boen accepted. The Nationalist newspapers criticise tTio acceptance of tho resignation by the Cabinet. They describe it as a capitulation to the Republican press and as an act of ingratitude to tho new Germany. For this act, they assert, foreign political considerations were largely responsible. General Von Seeckt's successor is General Heye, commander of tho Konigsberg Reichswehr. Ho was a member of tho Supreme Army Command during tho war under Marshal Hindenburg. General Heyo is also credited with having summoned tho meeting of regimental commanders toward the end of tho war at which the Kaiser was advised to abdicate.
