MANUFACTURE OF CHEESE.

RECORD AT TATUANUI. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] MORRINSVILLE, Saturday. By manufacturing 832 tons of cheese last season the Tatua (I'atuanui) Cooperative Dairy Company's factory has attained the distinction of having turned out more cheese than any other factory under one roof ii the Auckland Province. This factory is doing well this season, and, compared with the corresponding period last yeat, it is manufacturing ten cheeses a day more. This is being accomplished with a smaller number of suppliers than last year.
