PRESENTATIONS.
Mr. E. .North, of the Post and Telegraph Department staff at Ohakune, who has been transferred to Temuka, was entertained at the Cranleigh Private Hotel on the eve of his departure by tho post office staff and fellow-boarders and staff of the private. hoteL On behalf of the post_,office staff, the postMr. 0. List, presented Mr. North with a gold-mounted fountain pen and paid a warm tribute to his work and personality. On behalf of his fellowboafders, Mr. |W. Mahoney presented Mr* North with a tobacco pouch.
