"A STATE OF UNREST." "I found that tho Church of England was in a stato of unrest," said Canon Wheolor, of Geelong, recently on his return after a visit of several months to England. Tho Church, ho said, was confronted to-day with many problems in rogard to matters of government and faith. The bishops wero at present considering the rovision of tho Prayer Book, which a delicate matter, owing to tho various schools of thought within tho Church, tho difficulty being to find something which will meet the requirements of all parties. The standard of worship in English cathedrals, parish churches, and village churches was of a very high order. Tho choirs were excellent, and tho musical talent introduced into tho services loft little to be desired.
