PEACE WITH WELSHMEN. INJURY TO BARCLAY. A. and N.Z. PARIS, Oct. G. The manager of the Maori Rugby sootball team, Mr. Parata, says the Maoris are prepared to meet the Welsh teams and submit the question of the rules to tho International Rugby Board, the decision of the latter to be binding. A message from Paris says Barclay's injury at Narbonne will prevent him playing against Central France at Clermont Ferrand to-morrow. Bell will captain the Maori team.
