A mixed commission of the League of Nations which is studying the economic problems connected with a limitation of armaments has adopted a resolution which emanated from Germany.
This is to the effect that all Slates shall prohibit the instruction of airmen in the formation of air squadrons for the purpose of conducting warfare by means of poison gas or bacteriologial infections.
