MR. COATES IN AMERICA
WILL VISIT THF. PRESIDENT. LEAVES NEW YORK TO-MORROW. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. Oct. 6. The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Mr. J. G. Coates, arrived at Washington to-day after a trans-continental tour from San Francisco, where he landed on October 1. Mr. Coates will call on the President, Mr. Calvin Coolidge. He will then proceed to New York and will sail from there for England on Saturday.
