SUSPENSION OF REFEREE

The suspension by the Referees' Association of tho referee Mr. P. London, because of his action in officiating at the To Autc versus Technical College Rugby game, is still unsettled.
Members of the Metropolitan sub-union thought all that was necessary was to write to the Rugby Onion Council to have tho suspension (pnfirmed by the head controlling body', but that body asked if an inquiry was bold concerning the matter, and requested the evidence upon which tho suspension was made. It is understood that the Rugby Union Council proposes to hold a full inquiry and call evidence regarding tho whole trouble. i
