One of tho largo ,coal proprietary" coinpanies in Ota go is prepared to extend its workings as soon as ciefinito agreements with the workers are made. The coal is there in mass proved by borings. The market for the coal is assured. The only requirement now is a certainty that tho wages rate will lie stable for a period, so as to justify the opening up outlay of several thousands of pounds.
