GERMAN MONARCHISTS.
CONSPIRACY IN HOLLAND. MOVE TO RESTORE WILHELM. (Received 1.15 a.m.) Sun. LONDON. Aug. 27. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail says the Holland correspondent of Le Petit Parisien states that a number of German Monarchists and wealthy industrialists have arrived at Doom and aro plotting the ex-Kaiser's early return to Germany. The conspirators maintain that Wilhelni is bound merely by his word of honour not to leave Holland and that if circumstances arose which compelled him to break his word it would be entirely a matter for his own conscience.
