A SCHEME THAT FAILED. ATTEMPTED INSURANCE FRAUD. VIENNA, Aug. 17. Baron Gleichen Russworm, a greatgrandson of the poet Schiller, has beeD released from prison after be renounced his claim against an insurance company which he attempted to defraud. , Russworm substituted a live mouse for a. .pearl -necklace which he had insured and posted the pack&ge, hoping that the mouse would, gnaw its way out, giving the impression that the necklace had fallen orit. The mouse, however, did not perform its part, as it was suffocated, and the package was intact when it reached its destination.
