HUSBAND AND WIFE.
COURT MAKES AN ORDER. Stating that his object was "to protect liis Wife from herself in the future," Ernest Clayton (Mr. Singer) applied in the Supreme Court yesterday- for art order against Myrtle' Elm a Clayton for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner said the marriage took place in 1917. The parties wore happy until two years ago, when they separated. He asked respondent to return for the salt© of the children; but she had refused to consider the matter. The order was granted, the period •being fixed at-14 days.
