IMPROVEMENTS MADE. Some time back the Cambridge Trotting Club decided oil putting in hand a series of works for ihe improvement of matters on its course, and tho same are now nearing completion. The new race track laid down has beep most favourably commented upon, ana the rearrangement of the various buildings on the ground furnishes another illustration tint the committee of the Cambridge Club has acted most wisely. The cost of the alterations and additions so far made has. it is stated, absorbed a sum of i'IOOC.
