COMING ROYAL TOUR.
THE DUKE AND TENNIS. AN INVITATION FROM SYDNEY. LONDON, Aug. 12. The Duke of York has not yet'heard.of the New South Wales Lawn Tennis Association's. invitation to participate tin o tournament while on his visit to Sydney. It is very likely that he will play at least some tennis in Australia, although it cannot be stated whether he will participate In a tournament. He is certainly a very keen . tennis player, but he . might ' find it difficult ,to play Seriously in matches when engaged in such extensive travelling. Captain Basil Brooke, Comptroller and! Equerry to the Duke, says that it is a very interesting matter, but it will be entirely for the Duke to decide whether he will play. It is officially announced that the tour of the Duke and Duchess of York will be confined to .Australia and ; New Zealand..
