BANE OF AUSTRALIA.
AGITATORS FROM ABROAD. A. and N.Z VANCOUVER. Aug. 24 The chairman of Amalgamated Wireless, Limited, of Australia, Sir William Vicars, who is also a director of Sydney Woollen Mills, Limited, is to sail from Vancouver for Sydney to morrow. In an address to the members of the Canadian Club Sir William spoke on the subject of Australia. He said labour unrest would vanish if they could get rid of "imported pests," who agitated the minds of the efficient and steady Australian workers.
