DIVORCE GRANTED.
'j" ' DESERTION BY HUSBAND. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was granted Mary Ryman (Mr. Kirker) against Frank Rvman m an undefended divorce suit concluded before Mr. Justice Herdnian in the Supreme Court yesterday. Petitioner stated that she was married in 1907, and lived with her husband at Christchureh, and then in England, Australia and again in" Now Zealand. Respondent deserted her in 1913 and since 1919 had been living with another woman. There were no children of the marriage. Mr. Kirker said that the question of costs had been arranged.
