BROADCASTING.
Sir,—l wish to complain about the class of music that is being sent out by the' New Zealand Broadcasting Company. It" they cannot give us better stuff than they have been sending out lately it is high time that someone else took charge. It means waiting for the Australian stations to come on before we can get anything worth listening to, and that We get l'ree. Ido not object to paying the 30s a year for the right to have a listening-. | in set, but I most certainly think that we should get something for it, I underj stand that Wellington is talking of relaying the Australian stations. Now, don't you think that is a bit too hot 7 The New Zealand company get the 25s per machine and hare to pick up arid relay Australian programmes because they cannot supply suitable items themselves. If we are going to be fed on Australianproductions I think Australian companies should receive the fees and not the present New Zealand company. Radio.
