CRUISER SUFFOLK.
PLANS OF MACHINERY. SUPPOSED COPIES MADE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 25. The Sunday Express says it understands that the Portsmouth police have sought the aid of Scotland Yard concerning the plans of the machinery of the cruiser Suffolk, which was launched r on February 16. These are believed to have been copied.
