ACCIDENTS IN CITY.
CHILD SEVERELY BURNED.
WATERSIDE WORKER HURT.
As the result of upsetting an oil lamp, severe burns to the face and neck were sustained by Thelma Nairn, aged 19 months, whose parents reside at 8 New Bond Street, Kingsland. She was admitted to the Auckland Hospital yesterday morning. While working at the port yesterday, a waterside worker, Mr. William Rickwood, of Great North Eoad, Avondale, strained his back. He was admitted' to the hospital. As the result of tripping on a heap of iron, an employee of the Warren Engineering Company, Mr. Frederick William Bolwell, of 38, Keppell Street, Arch Hill, received head injuries which necessitated his removal to the hospital yesterday.
