THE SOUTHERN CROSS.
RETURN FROM ISLANDS. VESSEL DUE TO-MORROW. , After a three-months' trip round the missionary stations of the South West Pacific, the Melanesian Mission steamer Southern Cross is due back at Auckland to-morrow morning. On her way to Auckland the vessel called at Norfolk Island. The Southern Cross has on board, Bishop Molyneux, assistant bishop of the Melanesian Diocese, the Rev. H. L. Hart, the Rev. A. Teall, the Rev. W. Steel, and Messrs. W. Engall and A. Bradley.
