BURGLARY AT WANGANUI.
THIEVES ENTEft A SHOP. [Br TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WANGANUI, Monday. Burglars who entered Rice's- confectionery shop last evening secured only the small sum of ss, which had been left in the cash register. . The thieves gained an entrance by breaking a window at the back of the premises. An attempt was also made to force a door of Upton's music shop, which adjoins, but this proved unsuccessful.
