MISSING MOTOR-CARS.
OFFENCES STILL CONTINUE. TWO MORE TAKEN YESTERDAY. Two more motor-cars were removed, from city streets yesterday, making a total of six since Monday. A five-scater Chevrolet car, belonging to Mr. Alfred Charles Taine, of 3, Ingram Road, Remuera, was taken from the parking area in Symonds Street, near Grafton Bridge, between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. A five-seater Chrysler was stolen from Wyndham Street between 3.30 p.m. and 7.45 p.m. The car, which was owned by Mr. Benjamin Rosen, of 6, Derry Street, Green Lane was painted blue. At a late hour last evening no trace had been seen of either motor. LOSSES IN THE WAIKATO. THE " EPIDEMIC " CONTINUES. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Friday. An epidemic of motor-car stealing continues in the Waikato. An Essex car owned by Mr. C. Lambeth, of Hamilton, was removed last evening, and has not been recovered. Mr. J. Pirrett, of Morrinsville, has also reported the loss of his car.
