PROPERTY SALES.
The estate of the late William Ware, fronting Eastborne -Road and .Portland Road. Remuera, was offered for sale by auc tion by Messrs. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd.. yesterday. The estate was sub divided into sis sections, four of which were sold, the total price being £3444. Lots 1 and 2 with frontages of 68ft. and 3Gft. to lijastbourne Road, realised £l2 5s and £l3 .a per foot respectively. Lot 3, with a frontage of 57ft. to the same road, was so d for £ 1150. Lot 4, with a frontage of 64ft. to Portland Road, brought £lO per foot. The two remaining sections, including _ the residence of 13 rooms, were passed in. The farm at pkronga offered by the same firm was also passed in.
