CAPTAIN WILKINS DELAYED. BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS. (Received 5.5 p.iu.i Renter. VANCOUVER. May 5. The representative of the Associated Press at Fairbanks, Alaska, states that heavy storm clouds to the north and threatening rain have apparently caused the postponement of Captain G. If. Wilkins' flight by aeroplane to Point Barrow. Captain Wilkins was scheduled to leave to-day.
